Peter O'Sullivan

Peter has postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy

Peter graduated as a physiotherapist from the Sydney University in 1982, then came to Perth to complete both the Grad.Dip. in Sports Physiotherapy and Manipulative Physiotherapy. He then worked at the Mount Hospital with his primary role as Senior Physiotherapist to the West Coast Eagles from 1987 to 1992.

During this time he was also physiotherapist in charge of the Western Australian State Sheffield Shield side from 1988 to 1991. He then became Sports Physiotherapist for Subiaco Football Club and then Claremont Football Club for the next 10 years. He purchased the Shenton Park Physiotherapy Clinic in 1992 after the West Coast Eagles Premiership win in 1992. 

Stephen Edmondston 

Stephen has postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has completed a PhD in spinal biomechanics

Stephen graduated as a physiotherapist in 1983 and has worked extensively in private practice and in the public health system. Following the completion of his PhD in 1994 he was appointed as a lecturer in the School of Physiotherapy at Curtin University. In 2000 he moved to the University of Western Australia as a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine, and in 2002 returned to Curtin University as the Associate Professor of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. As a physiotherapy educator Stephen taught clinical practice, anatomy and pathology to graduate physiotherapists. He has conducted physiotherapy teaching courses throughout Australia, the USA, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. Since 2013 Stephen has been a senior occupational health adviser for a multinational energy company, in addition to his clinical practice role at Shenton Park Physiotherapy. Stephen has extensive research experience and remains active in a range of musculoskeletal research activities. He has published over 40 papers in medical and scientific journals.

Nola Mattingley

Nola is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Physiotherapy (Curtin University) and a Bachelor of Physical Education (University of Western Australia)

Nola has worked extensively in both the public and private setting in Perth and private practice in Canada and England where she gained vast experience in the treatment and management of both acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Nola is interested in the management of pain through lifestyle modification and in particular diet, exercise and posture.

Alison Hollier

Alison completed her physiotherapy degree in 2000, graduating with Distinction from Curtin University. 

After initially working at Royal Perth Hospital she worked in various private clinics in the southern suburbs gaining expertise in work related injuries and a broad range of sports and spinal injuries. She commenced work at Shenton Park Physiotherapy Clinic in 2004 and apart from time off after the birth of her twin boys, has worked there ever since. Her areas of clinical interest include lower back, shoulder and hip injuries, exercise rehabilitation and Women’s Health. She is a keen sportswoman and when not at work can be found swimming, running, weight training, boxing and playing waterpolo. She has a holistic approach to injury and is passionate about empowering her patients through education and movement, to better understand and manage their injuries so they can get back to the activities they love.
